With its management awards, SGMI Management Institut St. Gallen honors the year's best masters and diploma graduates. The awards represent the pyramid-like structure of the SGMI masters and diploma programs and is given to inspire participants to outstanding performance.

The SGMI Management Awards are presented at a festive gala that takes place during an SGMI Alumni Symposium. The organization of the awards ceremony is based on the grade averages of the graduates.
Die awards symbolize the pyramid-like structure of the phases of the SGMI masters and diploma, and are intended to inspire SGMI participants to aim for – and achieve – top performances.
