Frank Przybylski holds a degree in business informatics and a doctorate in mechanical engineering on human-machine interactions. In his professional career, he has gained a great deal of experience in the following roles:
- Research assistant and consultant in international projects on human-machine interfaces at a German research centre
- Organisational consultant and assistant to the board of directors in the sales department of a Swiss bank and managing director of the ‘Banking’ competence centre
- Responsible for personnel and organisational development as Director Sales Central Europe and Head of Training Provider Market Place for a British development services company and for a German media academy
- Managing partner in the area of personnel and organisational development
