Stefan Holtel

Stefan Holtel is a computer scientist, studied Knowledge Management, and is certified as a theatre educator and trainer for LEGO© Serious Play. He worked as a systems engineer, IT consultant and industry analyst before spending many years in research and development at an international telecommunications group. He currently works for a global auditing company. There he acts as a curator for digital change. In this role, Stefan Holtel develops approaches for personnel development to help employees find and follow their own path to digital change. As a researcher and author, he regularly lectures and publishes on the question of how companies can master digital change in an interdisciplinary way. Research questions revolve around understanding the digital skills gap and how it can be measured, reduced and actually closed in practice. His portfolio includes the following competences:
